I stole the pic from the BBC news web site. I doubt very much that the pic is from the actual Moat incident, more likely a library pic of another police operation.
Noticed that in the newsagents this morning David.
Also , have a look over the news pics of the huge police presence in Rothbury and tell me if you can find a single collar number showing on any of the officers attending ?
